We enjoyed a spacious family room that was tastefully decorated, instantly making us feel at home. The outdoor terrace was an absolute delight for sunny breakfasts and evening drinks, creating a relaxing atmosphere. we had an amazing time at the hand! the family room was spacious and had very comfortable beds. the interior decoration is modern and welcoming. breakfast was served in a cozy area, and the kids enjoyed coloring on the menu while we sipped a great selection of teas in our room.

It was just a proper fit for a day tour in Southborough with great value. The staff offered helpful information and were friendly during check-in. Consider bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper due to street noise.

The ambiance was lovely with a warm fireplace, but the room left much to be desired due to issues like mold and cleanliness. Service during breakfast was unhelpful given the charming location and the potential of the food offered.

the location was pretty good for wut i needed, tons of parking, and a few nice restaurants nearby. easy check-out and my room was really clean. Nicely decorated. that mattress was super comfy and it was quieter than i thought based on some reviews.

on the downside, it got kinda warm at night and if i opened the window i heard traffic noise, which was annoying. also, the shower had a bit of mould in the bathroom that could've been taken care of better.

I enjoyed my recent one-night stay in a Double Room. it was nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh options that kept us satisfied. there was an unpleasant odor from the drains in the room that needs to be addressed for a more pleasant experience.
